Been eating healthier lately and recently started an exercise program. Starting off easy with a stationary bike and going to work into using free weights. I noticed a study recently done putting old folks on a light weight training program and after 6 months every one of them had health improvements to the point they wanted to continue exercising. I have made a goal to not only take off body fat this year but also increase my muscle mass as I get old instead of losing it.
